Refund policy
Returns
For change of mind we are pleased to offer a return for full priced items within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed after the date of delivery unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund. Items purchased during any discount promotion or sale are final sale and are not permitted to be returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be sent back unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note returns are sent back at the buyers expense and shipping costs can not be refunded.

Please note returns will not be offered for:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Sale items or items purchased during a promotion are not accepted for a refund
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you notifying you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified if you return has been approved for a refund. If your return is approved, you refund will be processed. You can expect a full refund of the item minus the shipping cost. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account. The time taken for your refund to appear in your bank account is dependent on your individual bank's processing time.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note buyers are responsible for the tracking of their returned shipment

Exchanges:
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to return your item due to a change of mind please see our above returns policy. You are welcome to process a return and purchase your preferred item should you change your mind.
