Shipping policy

Our online business hours are 9am to 4pm (AEST) Monday to Friday. On these days all orders will be posted on the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be posted on the following business day. 

 

Standard Shipping within Australia

  • Standard Shipping:  Please allow 3 - 5 business days.Please allow extra time if you are located in a rural area, Western Australia, Northern Territory or South Australia. 
  • Once your order has shipped you will be notified and emailed with details to track your order.
  • If the receiver is unavailable they will leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if available. If there is no safe place, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest Parcel Connect agent. The recipient will be notified where to collect their item from by SMS or email
  • Orders over $200 receive complimentary shipping Australia wide

 

Express shipping within Australia

  • Items selected to be sent via express shipping will be sent via Australia Post express.
  • Please allow 2 - 4 business days for delivery.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to countries outside of Australia. Please allow up to 20 business days for the arrival of your item(s).
  • Once your order has shipped you will be notified and emailed with details to track your shipment.
  • If you have any questions regarding tracking or special delivery notes for your order once it has been shipped please contact Australia Post directly and quote your tracking number as they will best be able to assist.
  • Orders over $300 receive complimentary international shipping 
  • For international orders (like to the UK or USA), local import duties, VAT, and any customs fees are not included in the product price and may be charged separately by your country’s customs agency upon delivery.

UK

  • Goods over £135 (approx. AUD $260) may incur:
    • Import VAT
    • Customs duties
    • Possible handling fees by Royal Mail or the courier
  • Paid by the recipient before or at delivery

 

USA

  • We ship to the USA via Australia Post
  • Import duties are included in the shipping fee.
